Using ReelCue
You must provide accurate account information and use ReelCue lawfully. You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload, recreate, and distribute each reference video and its included materials.
Recreations and deliverables
ReelCue creates an editable Remotion project and rendered preview from supplied references. Results may approximate fonts, icons, crops, motion, and unsupported effects. You are responsible for reviewing the output before publishing or commercial use.
Credits and payments
Paid recreations use credits according to the price shown at checkout. Failed jobs release reserved credits automatically. Refunds and payment disputes may adjust the corresponding credit balance.
Files and availability
Private hosted recreation files normally expire after 30 days. Download important files promptly. We may change or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to preserve completed deliverables.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious material; probe or disrupt the service; evade limits; or use generated output to violate another person’s rights.
