What ReelCue collects
We collect account details such as your verified email address, reference videos you submit, recreation instructions, generated video and project files, service usage, and transaction records needed to provide ReelCue.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate accounts, recreate videos, render and deliver Remotion projects, operate credit balances and payments, send requested download emails, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Service providers
ReelCue uses Clerk for authentication, Vercel for hosting and private file storage, Neon for application data, OpenAI for hosted AI generation, Polar for payments, and Resend for transactional email. These providers process only the information needed for their role.
Retention and sharing
Private recreation files are normally retained for 30 days. Published showcase examples remain available until they are unpublished or removed. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data. You can also ask us to stop nonessential communications.
